Quick summary: You own your project deliverables. We process data to run scoped builds, secure the service, and improve reliability. Identifiable content is not used to train foundation AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

1. Who We Are

Your Deputy is operated by PA Registered Office Services, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We provide a business provisioning and software-driven runtime platform at yourdeputy.com (AI is used as part of our tooling, subject to this policy and our Terms).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our service:

• Business description: The text prompt you provide describing your business idea. This is processed (including via AI models) to produce your scoped build outputs and orchestration steps.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Email address: Collected during checkout for order confirmation and service credentials delivery.
• Build history: Records of builds you have created, stored in your browser's local storage and optionally in our Neon database for project memory features.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics including pages visited and features used.
• Diagnostic and checkout telemetry: Event-level interaction data (for example diagnostic completion, recommended path, checkout start/cancel/success) used to improve conversion quality and product reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To implement and provision your business system across third-party services via software workflows (including where AI assists)
• To process payments via Stripe
• To deliver credentials and runtime documentation for provisioned services
• To improve the platform and fix issues
• To generate de-identified, aggregated analytics for security, reliability, and service improvement

3A. AI Training and Product Improvement

You retain ownership of your submitted business content and generated deliverables.

We may use metadata and de-identified/aggregated usage patterns to improve platform reliability, abuse prevention, and product quality.

We will not use your identifiable business content to train foundation AI models without explicit opt-in consent.

4. Third-Party Services

When you use Your Deputy, the platform provisions accounts and services through software workflows using third-party platforms. Typical categories include:

• Infrastructure: GitHub, Vercel, Neon, 20i
• Payments: Stripe
• Operations and growth: CRM, email marketing, phone/booking, automation tools
• Additional integrations: As enabled by your selected package and integration status

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. By using Your Deputy, you acknowledge that accounts may be created on these platforms through software workflows you authorize. All accounts and credentials are owned by you.

5. Data Retention

Your business description and build outputs are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.

6. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) for all communications. API keys for third-party services are stored as encrypted environment variables and are never exposed to client-side code. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request data portability (export of your data in machine-readable format)

For EU/EEA residents, these rights are guaranteed under GDPR. For California residents, additional rights are provided under CCPA.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, email ikeohu@dynastyempire.com with your email address and request type. We will respond within 30 days. Data deletion includes removal of your build history, business descriptions, and any personal information from our database. Generated code and documents in your GitHub repository are owned by you and are not affected by a deletion request.

Data Storage Location

Build data is stored in the United States (Neon PostgreSQL). For EU/EEA clients, data transfers are conducted in compliance with GDPR requirements.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for session management and build history. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Your Deputy is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
