Business description: The text prompt you provide describing your business idea. This is processed by AI models to generate your business system.
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Email address: Collected during checkout for order confirmation and service credentials delivery.
Build history: Records of builds you have created, stored in your browser's local storage and optionally in our Neon database for project memory features.
Usage data: Anonymous analytics including pages visited and features used.

3. How We Use Your Information

To generate and provision your business system across third-party services
To process payments via Stripe
To deliver credentials and operational documentation for provisioned services
To improve the platform and fix issues

4. Third-Party Services

When you use Your Deputy, we provision accounts and services on your behalf using third-party platforms. These may include:

GitHub (code repository)
Vercel (website hosting)
Neon (database)
Stripe (payment processing)
20i (domain, email, hosting)
SuiteDash (CRM)
Acumbamail (email marketing)
CallScaler, Insighto, Trafft (phone and booking)
n8n (automation)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. By using Your Deputy, you acknowledge that accounts will be created on these platforms on your behalf. All accounts and credentials are owned by you.

5. Data Retention

Your business description and build outputs are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.

6. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) for all communications. API keys for third-party services are stored as encrypted environment variables and are never exposed to client-side code. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

You have the right to:

Request data portability
