By using Your Deputy (the "Service"), operated by Dynasty Empire LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your Deputy is an AI-powered business provisioning platform. You provide a business description, and the Service generates code, documents, and provisions third-party service accounts on your behalf. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs, which should be reviewed by you before use in production.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. Each payment entitles you to one (1) build.
Because builds provision live third-party services that cannot be easily reversed, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If a build fails to produce the core deliverables for your tier, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full or partial refund. Contact ikeohu@dynastyempire.com.
You own all outputs generated by the Service, including:
Dynasty Empire LLC retains no ownership claim over your generated business outputs.
Outputs including code, strategy documents, blog posts, legal document drafts, video scripts, and marketing copy are generated by artificial intelligence. These outputs are starting points and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use. In particular:
The Service provisions accounts on third-party platforms on your behalf. You are responsible for:
We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates by third-party services.
The Service provisions integrations using third-party APIs. If a module fails due to API unavailability, rate limits, or credential issues, that module will provide manual setup instructions in your OPERATIONS.md. No module failure blocks the overall build. The tier price covers the provisioning attempt; module availability depends on third-party service status.
You may not use the Service to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynasty Empire LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific build in question.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated businesses will be profitable, that all integrations will succeed, or that AI-generated outputs will be error-free.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
