Terms of Service

Last updated: April 8, 2026

Quick summary: You own your outputs. The Service delivers judgment- and implementation-oriented builds through software-driven workflows scoped by tier and settings — not a promise that “AI replaced” your advisors. Have legal and financial professionals review legal and financial materials before relying on them.

1. Agreement

By using Your Deputy (the "Service"), operated by PA Registered Office Services, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Your Deputy is a business provisioning platform that uses artificial intelligence as part of its tooling. You provide a business description; the Service produces code, documents, and (by tier) attempts third-party integration workflows through software orchestration with explicit scope and logging. Outputs are starting points for your review: you remain responsible for production use, compliance, and professional advice where required.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service.

4. Pricing and Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. Each one-time payment entitles you to one (1) build or the specified subscription period. The Scoring Pro tier is a recurring monthly subscription that may be cancelled at any time.

Integration scope: Foundation and Professional share the same 11-slot orchestrator allowlist; Enterprise extends it to 13 slots. Custom Volume unlocks up to 19 module types. Automatic provisioning is always best-effort: see BUILD-MANIFEST.json, OPERATIONS.md, and /maturity for what completed for your session.

5. Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your build for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

Beyond 30 days: Refunds are available if the build failed to deploy or is missing core modules for your tier. Partial refund if some modules failed; full refund if the build did not deploy at all.

Delivery integrity policy: If an in-scope item for your paid tier/package does not complete due to platform-side failure, we will either re-run and deliver it or issue a refund credit consistent with this policy.

How to request: Email ikeohu@dynastyempire.com with your order ID. We will respond within 2 business days. Stripe refunds process within 5-10 business days.

What's not refundable: Third-party service fees you incur after provisioning (e.g., if you independently upgrade a hosting plan or payment processor tier), and any external vendor services you purchase outside the platform workflow.

6. Ownership of Outputs

You own all outputs generated by the Service, including:

PA Registered Office Services, LLC retains no ownership claim over your generated business outputs.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, copy, process, and transmit your inputs and outputs only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service.

Training and improvement rights: We may use de-identified and aggregated service data to improve reliability, safety, and product quality. We will not use your identifiable business content to train foundation AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Outputs including code, strategy documents, blog posts, legal document drafts, video scripts, and marketing copy are generated by artificial intelligence. These outputs are starting points and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use. In particular:

8. Software-Driven Runtime Infrastructure

Third-party services (hosting, payment processing, email marketing, CRM, automation workflows, analytics, and other integrations) are provisioned and operated through software workflows controlled by tier, settings, API availability, and credentials. This means:

You are additionally responsible for:

We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates by third-party services.

9. Module Availability

The Service provisions integrations using third-party APIs. If a module fails due to API unavailability, rate limits, credentials, or runtime policy, that module is auto-skipped and logged in OPERATIONS.md/build reports. No single module failure blocks the overall build. Tier price covers the provisioning attempt; module availability depends on third-party service status and your configuration.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PA Registered Office Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific build in question.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated businesses will be profitable, that all integrations will succeed, or that AI-generated outputs will be error-free.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
